TEAM LEADER / BUILDER – GLOBAL EXPERIENCE – COLLABORATION – NEGOTIATION - LIAISON COST / TIME CONTAINMENT – PRESENTATIONS – PROBLEM SOLVER

Team Leader

Supervision of off-shore productions all over the world in multiple locations throughout Europe, South America, New Zealand and South Africa.

Negotiation of talent buyouts in foreign countries for all media, ranging from Worldwide/North American television to internet, print and new media.

Drive demanding projects to completion within challenging budget and time constraints.

Innovator

Successfully led the collaboration between 2 agencies, Grey (Trulicity’s General Market agency) and ALMA (Trulicity’s Multicultural agency). Maximized production dollars across multiple platforms while ensuring that each agency captured assets specific to its demographic. Greatly exceeded client expectations thus strengthening their relationship with Grey / Townhouse.

Inspired 3 female directors to collaborate on the important launch of a campaign for a new metastatic breast cancer medication, Verzenio. Each made the unconventional decision to share the spotlight which would have enabled them all to share their own unique vision to depict a better-rounded story.

Producer of Record

Supervised international super shoot for the Trulicity’s “Declarations” campaign, which resulted in an enormous 71% increase in sales the first six months of 2018 over the previous year.

Oversee expansive commercial packages as large as 7 spots utilizing 35 principals from 3 countries, 100 extras, and 30 locations with a budget of over $3M for multiple Lilly clients.

Managed challenging celebrity shoots with NASCAR’s Dale Earnhardt Jr. and MLB’s David Ross for UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center). Worked diligently with the team to ensure that we captured enough footage to edit mini documentaries despite extremely limited access to our celebrities (2 hours). These videos provided a new benchmark for the UPMC clients.

Successfully implemented solutions for difficult vignettes (whitewater kayaking, wakeboarding) for EmergenC, within the constraints of extremely challenging budgets.

Negotiation / Relationships

Proven track record of developing strong long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust & respect among major clients and agency teams. History of longevity on accounts.

Manage international talent negotiations ensuring the lowest expenditure with the largest worldwide usage for a multitude of mediums. Investigate options in a variety of countries certifying that the production site is the most suitable for talent and production dollars while protecting the quality of production.

Develop strong relationships with suppliers (directors, editors, production co.’s., music co.’s., animation/ post houses). This database / relationship of suppliers, is extended to clients through careful negotiations resulting in cost savings.

Skillfully manage projects from over $3M to under $20K. Work closely with the internal teams of 10 and external teams of > 50 to ensure that expectations are being realized while creating effective advertising.

Make presentations to the client recommending locations, time frames and the most effective way to manage their production. Research various places around the world to ensure that clients receive maximum monetary value for production and talent costs.
